Skin can sometimes feel dull, congested or lacklustre, especially around the nose, chin and T-zone. This is a simple three-step ritual using IN THE BEGINNING Deep Cleansing Melt and PURIFICATION Deep Cleansing Mask. Suitable for all skin types, designed to deeply cleanse and help decongest the skin, leaving it feeling smoother, fresher and glowing with vitality.

The TEMPLESPA 3-Step Method

1. Step 1 · Oil Cleanse & Massage
   Apply IN THE BEGINNING to dry skin and massage using slow, upward circular movements for up to five minutes. Focus on areas prone to congestion, such as the nose, chin and forehead. Allow the balm to melt into the skin, helping to soften surface congestion and excess oil. Remove with a warm, damp muslin cloth or flannel.
2. Step 2 · Clay Mask
   Apply a generous layer of PURIFICATION Deep Cleansing Mask over the areas you have just massaged, or across the whole face. Leave for 10–15 minutes. Place a warm, damp muslin cloth over the face for around 60 seconds to gently soften the mask, then remove using light, circular movements. The clay helps absorb excess oil and draw out impurities while leaving skin feeling balanced and refreshed.
3. Step 3 · Final Cleanse
   Apply IN THE BEGINNING again, repeating the massage and removal process from Step 1. This second cleanse helps remove any remaining residue and supports a smooth, fresh finish. Rinse thoroughly and follow with your usual toner and moisturiser.

Who Is It For?

This ritual is ideal when skin feels dull, congested, oily or uneven in texture. It is suitable for all skin types, but should not be used on broken or irritated skin.

How Often Should You Do It?

Once a week is usually sufficient. If your skin is particularly oily or congested, you may repeat weekly. Avoid over-treating, balance is key.
