Back then, hand hygiene and simple well-being rituals became daily anchors for many of us. While the official guidance has moved on, the ingredients and aromatherapy traditions behind these TEMPLESPA favourites remain just as interesting and comforting today.

Many of the ingredients used in TEMPLESPA products are associated with antibacterial, antiviral, antimicrobial and antiseptic qualities. When they are combined with recognised hygiene protocols, they can form part of a mindful approach to everyday well-being.
